"Straightforwardness doesn't undermine legal freedom," the Supreme Court said in a consistent decision on Wednesday as it maintained the Delhi High Court judgment which decided that office of the Chief Justice goes under the domain of RTI.
The five-judge constitution seat, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi who resigns on November 17, additionally expelled the three interests recorded by secretary general of the SC and the Central Public Information official of the pinnacle court.
